Luz is a creative director specializing in photography and video art direction, digital and print design and team management based in New York City, with 15+ years of creative leadership experience at advertising agencies, brand-side and specialist agencies. Expertise in campaign conception, photo and video art direction, design direction, branding, pre and post-production. Experience in working with and leading various teams to collaboratively execute 360° campaigns within print, digital, tv, and social media platforms.

She is currently the Director of Brand Creative at Kate Spade New York and has held previous creative roles at Barney's New York, Tory Burch, Calvin Klein, PMH Advertising, Bloomingdale's, Paper Magazine, Ann Taylor, Slover+Company, Victoria's Secret, Pink, and VS Beauty.

Born in Miami Beach, Florida, Luz graduated from Parsons School of Design, The New School University with a BFA in Communication Design and has a Master’s Degree, MPS in Human-Centered Design, UX Design from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
